1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentHam (www.rentham.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RentHam. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Property Listings

Landlords and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings are subject to verification by RentHam before going live.

5. Payments

All financial transactions are processed through our secure payment partners (Paystack). RentHam charges success fees as outlined in our fee structure.

6. Inspections

Chat communication between tenants and landlords/agents is unlocked only after a property inspection has been booked and confirmed.

7. Disputes

RentHam provides a mediation service for disputes between tenants and landlords. Our decisions are fair and transparent.

8. Limitation of Liability

RentHam acts as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to rental agreements between tenants and landlords.
